Application Procedure

All applicants applying to the College of Veterinary Medicine must complete the following instructions in the order listed:

1. Apply online through VMCAS (Veterinary Medicine College Application System).
2. Submit the following materials by October 1st - additional references (if necessary), a veterinary experience verification form, all official transcripts to the Office of Professional Admissions.
3. Applicants who complete a VMCAS application will be invited to submit a supplemental application via e-mail. 

   **Invitations to complete the supplemental application are emailed on a rolling basis. We encourage applicants who have not received an invitation by the end of November to contact the Office of Veterinary Student Affairs

4. The supplemental application must be completed within ten calendars of days of receiving the e-mail invitation.

All forms necessary to complete the supplemental application (supplemental application, vet experience verification form, additional reference forms) will be provided in the email. The verification form and additional references can be faxed to the Office of Students Affairs at (614) 292-6989.
