Veterinary professionals' Bite Prevention Seminar, May 20
One-day Bite Prevention seminar
The Ohio Veterinary Medical Association held a bite prevention seminar for veterinary professionals Tuesday, May 20 in honor of National Dog Bite Prevention Week. The one-day workshop took place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine Academic Building in the Wexner Auditorium, located at 1900 Coffey Road, Columbus, Ohio.
The seminar included discussions about the best ways to help clients deal with an aggressive dog, how to prevent biting injuries, what legal ramifications veterinarians should be aware of and much more.
