Animal Cancer Care Clinic

Description Experience:

Small animal oncology externship. Daily participation in the diagnosis, treatment and management of oncology patients. Extern will be involved with physical examinations, calculate chemotherapy doses and case discussion.

Responsibilities Expected of Participating Students:

  • perform physical examinations
  • review medical records
  • develop treatment plans
  • topic reviews

Student Supervision:

8 hours per day/40 hours per week
