Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. The exercises are short, quick, and provide a whole body workout.
The class ran from 5:20-6:20 on Monday October 19th, 2009. The class was open to faculty, staff and SCAVMA students at OSU-CVM with 25 people choosing to participate. It was led by third year veterinary student Michelle Cook and was held at the RPAC.
