Client Services Staff

Our office associates consist of client services staff members who schedule appointments, answer and direct all of the incoming calls to the Veterinary Hospital, check-in patients, discharge patients, and cashier. They also process your pet’s medical records, and act as a gateway between our hospital and your regular veterinarian via our Companion Animal Referral Coordinator. We have three reception offices - small animal, farm animal, and equine. The entire veterinary hospital’s after hours emergency service appointments are processed through our small animal reception office. The client services team strives to make your visit run smoothly from making an appointment through the check-in and discharge processes, twenty-four hours a day.
