Congratulations to Dr. Roger Fingland, Recipient of the 2018 AAVC Clinical Faculty Achievement Award

Dr. Roger Fingland was chosen as the recipient of the 2017 American Association of Veterinary Clinicians (AAVC) Clinical Faculty Achievement Award. All member institutions of the AAVC are allowed to nominate one faculty member annually for this award. The Clinical Faculty Achievement Award is given to one member of the AAVC who, for at least five years, has achieved recognition for his or her efforts on behalf of veterinary medicine.

Dr. Roger Fingland, Executive Associate Dean & Chief Medical Officer has had a long and distinguished career in academic veterinary medicine and has been involved with veterinary medicine organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of the Veterinary Internship and Residency Matching Program (VIRMP) and secretary/treasurer of the AAVC.

The award was presented to Dr. Fingland for his outstanding record of service and contributions to the veterinary profession, for which his colleagues will be forever grateful.
