Dr. Jonathan Yardley received his DVM from Tufts University in 2006. Following graduation, he completed a rotating internship in surgery, anesthesia, and field service at Ferguson, Hammock and BonenClark Equine Hospital in Ocala, FL. Upon completion of his internship, Dr. Yardley began his career working in private practice and most recently was the Head of the Equine Division and the Website and Social Media Director for a mixed animal practice in Millersport, Ohio. His true passion lies in equine medicine as he enjoys helping performance horses compete at their full potential and helping geriatric horses have a long and healthy life.

Dr. Naomi Chiero received her BA in Biology from Cedarville University in 2007 and her DVM from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She went on to complete an equine internship at Kendall Road Equine Hospital in Elgin, IL in 2012. Dr. Chiero returned to Columbus in 2012 and worked in small animal practice before joining the Ohio State Equine Field Service in 2013. Dr. Chiero's interests are in general ambulatory medicine, dentistry, and lameness.

Dr. Allison Dockery received her DVM from St. George’s University in 2013. Following graduation, she completed a rotating internship in surgery, medicine and field service at Brazos Valley Equine Hospital in Stephenville, TX. Upon completion of her internship, Dr. Dockery began her career in academia as a postdoctoral research associate with a focus on orthopedic research and regenerative medicine. She then completed a combined master’s and equine surgical residency at Ohio State University in 2018. Dr. Dockery’s interests are sport’s medicine and emergency and critical care.
